Composition is really great, but overall it looks too noisy and overexposed. So if you correct this, your work will be awesome.

Awesome concept, and a very good execution, too. Just, one thing: I think the filter causes the whole poster to appear to "bright," and that lens flare becomes way too saturated. I often experiment to create a Struzan-paint effect myself, and from what I've ever managed, using the Surface Blur filter, or Dark Strokes actually work in creating that effect best, in my opinion, and try to apply it on each character one by one, rather than to the poster as a whole (if that's what you did, that is); perhaps that's something you can try. But all in all, I absolutely LOVE the composition you've managed there, and although the "transition" between one element with the other could use a little bit more work, the positioning of each character is already great. Well done!
